What I like most is that it is so simple but at the same time powerful. The automations in this CRM have helped me save a lot of time. I don't have to manually update the stages and send some reminders because it's automatic.
1. Modern user interface. 2. If you use monday.com work management, you can probably figure out the CRM tool. 3. The tutorial space is well designed-there is a board at setup that has to-dos to help you get started.
Visual interface and the ease of setting up automated workflows without needing IT support. Also like integration with email tools allows our reps to stay within one platform without losing context.
I think the thing that needs improvement is the reporting features. While the dashboards are helpful, I sometimes wish that there were more advanced options for analytics or that I could customize reports.
1. Poor integration quality-fields do not map to email marketing services like Mailchimp which should be a given for a CRM. 2. The setup is not intuitive-there is no standard setup for the boards, so each one looks different and you have to reorient each time. 3. The work management setup just doesn't hold well for a CRM.
I dont like to much the advanced reporting features and deep analytics to be complex to set up initially and also pricing structure for small teams can be a bit steep as you scale and need more automation actions.
