Its easy to change how its used across mulitple departments and can be expanded to multiple processes (HR, Accounts, IT) to keep everything centralised.
Monday is accessible to most people and straightforward to use. As long as you stick with its list management capabilities, you are in a good place. If you want to use it as a project management tool, it fails.
I like that monday.com offers a wide array of features for PPM such as program management, resource management, time and expense tracking and project collaboration all-in-one place.
The initial setup took some time as the account manager wasnt the most responsive.
1. Very buggy with major issues with Gantt chart views and mobile app alignment with data in the tool. 2. You can upload files but surprisingly, there is no direct integration with Google Drive. 3. It is difficult to have a hierarchy between projects/lists.
The vendor technical team has eradicated all the bugs that I was experiencing on my cloud-based program even though I rarely use it.
