Visual collaboration across departments and countries. Material and assets sharing within the context: it's really easy to upload material, documents, images, videos. Templates for journey mapping, brainstorming and campaign planning.
It's a very good tool to implement design thinking, it helps too in ideation sessions, and to categorize content to get a priority love the reactions that we can use in the canvas.
There are so many features - I feel like we discover new emojis or different options new every time. It makes team meetings more fun by creating an interactive environment to play around with. You can quickly set up a board and easily share it with just a link.
Board clutter over time: Large boards can become visually overwhelming. Performance with heavy content: when the boards are loaded with high-resolution visuals, loading can become slow. Onboarding for new users sometimes needs guidance.
Limited mobile and tablet functionality is difficult to interact with the posits on these devices. When the project is too big, we have performance issues.
It can be a bit distracting when people who are lost are scrolling around on a board aimlessly. Designers have a clear advantage in using this tool, so I'm missing some more tutorials on how to use it. There are so many similar collaboration tools on the market, and so many people are using different things.
