It's nice to be able to do/book everything you need in one place, without having to move around websites. Another big plus is that when using Navan, I don't have to pay out of pocket, and the bookings get expensed directly to the company. And since the company is able to set policy for each category of booking, the interface tells me right away what I'm able to book, which is approved by the company budget, this way there is no wondering if your expense will get approved or not.

How user friendly the platform is. You don't have to spend a lot of time on it to learn how to navigate it.
Prices can be a lot more expensive than booking directly from the service provider (e.g. hotel or airline website) There has been times that the payment didn't go through with the hotel, and we had to pay out-of-pocket. Sometimes the support is also lacking. E.g. we had booked a hotel for a stay which before we arrived the hotel had a fire and had to close and none of us got notified, we only found out after we arrived at the hotel and we saw the sign.
Navan related booking fee.
In some countries such as Brazil, the prices for hotels and flights are most of the time double the price and we had to look for a local provider for that location. You cannot pre-pay car rentals. Also not so many flight partner, always the same companies and sometimes very expensive while we find others on Google and they are much cheaper.
