NCR Digital Banking Platform Alternatives

I have to say that it was rocky for a bit but after the change to Candescent has been great and very promising for the future. For this reason, during RFP we decided to stay and see what Candescent will do in the next few years.

Q2 is a very capable and professional company. We migrated to their platform about 10 months ago. While an Online Banking conversion is never an easy project, they did their best to make the transition as smooth as possible for both the employees supporting it, and the folks using it. Their integration with our core system is very good, and they delivered everything they promised. Their support team is great, and very proactive. I'm very impressed with the people and the product that they delivered.

We are fully satisfied with their services. They try to fulfill all our requirements of what we need.

Well supported service from Liferay and quality application. With new version of Liferay DXP, the application is much more stable and flexible. There are a lot of new features and added functionality with new Liferay DXP. OSGi technology is a real game changer. It provide developer a capability to add applications at runtime and very limited impact to other application during deployment. So this make Liferay environment more robust and minimize the downtime. Also significant uplift on theme and content management side. Dynamic and Real Time editable content is a blessing for business. Also I have seen better and stable patches coming from Liferay side these days.

We have very good experience with this vendor, team constantly analyzes comments and make changes taking into account our suggestions, they are with constant contact with us. Whenever we need help we always get it very quickly.

A deliverable oriented team that has grown over the years together with their key partners. A very good multi-channel platform and e/m banking solution on top of that.

Reliable and fast support, easy and efficient integrations with other systems

Big delays, a lot of un-tuned issues in pre-deliveries, extra-costs for any minor tuning (poor contract - project management practices?)
