What I like most about the product is that it is very easy to use for both our customers and employees.

Great support, flexibilitty, good products

Dislike

It could have more options of personalization for example the ability to assign functions to roles that employees have. There is no function of modifying or deleting topics cause administration becomes more complicated without it when you have more topics and it change while using the product.

    Contact with Ailleron is very good, you can easily contact them when thare any problems. They are generally flexible, creative and helpful. Not everything works perfectly, but the most important thing is that they respond quickly to any reported issues.
