Overall very happy with the implementation, the only issue we had was the techs installing it completed 97% of it, but because the system was comprehensive, they left a couple of minor things, which when we found out about them, were fixed easily. Very good system. We intend on installing the same system in another location and integrate the capabilities of the systems to cross over for overflows in calls and other things. Simple to use, very reliable.

    Overall the service was highly satisfied. Installation and maintenance service was well delivered as well as highly professional. We are very pleased by the service provided by the team.
