I like that instead of just sending error alerts, it gives context like duration with visualizations. Graphs showing times and severities are a great feature to accompany alerts, as are the full technical error messages to accompany alerts. Integration into communication tools makes it very convenient.
Infrastructure resource consumption and application performance can be assessed as one.
I like the way it was build by engineers who know what we want when it comes to monitoring, also love the clean interface.
While this can provide good context, it does not provide as much conversational text context as other tools. This may be a nice to have, but the amount of logic that these alerts provide suggests that they could also provide more text feedback.
Separate agent requirements have caused extra work for engineers to get the same results as what was available in the past
I do not like the some of the features work some are not logical and this really frustrates me.
