The user interface is so simple and easy that when I first used Nexthink Adopt. I really liked building flows and exploring the performance of the flows with its Event analysis tools.
It took some time to figure out what part of their offering that worked the best. We invested a lot of time into smart pages which never really took off. Their in tool-help option worked the best for us.
It allows us to easily segment users and collect key user feedback directly in the app which is essential to improve efficiency and user experience across a variety of platforms.
I have to say there is nothing much that I dislike and the only thing that I miss is a folder option for checklist items.
Quite limited customization options and the UI/UX is a big out dated.
Takes some time to build complex triggers that span multiple pages and have a branching logic.
