I think this company's products are relatively reliable and stable overall. The message reach rate has improved. Our customer conversion rate has also seen a significant increase, which I believe is due to their high standards for suppliers. The products offer good value for money. While there are occasional price fluctuations in their social media products, the interaction is generally good. Overall, I approve of their products and am willing to continue our in-depth cooperation. Of course, there are some shortcomings. For example, when prices change across different channels, I hope they can notify us earlier and provide alternative solutions or combination suggestions so we can better manage the ratio of SMS to WhatsApp usage.
