The first and foremost thing I like about the software is its dashboard from which we can view all our bills and have a better understanding on the overall deductions. Additionally, it can also integrate with some payment gateways which makes the product worth. Due all all these above features of the product we can reduce manual errors and improve efficiency which is must required thing for all the customers.
I like how 80% of it is intuitive and works great. I like how everything is on the same page for the most part.
What I like most about the product is that it acts as a one stop destination for managing bills and subscriptions.Even the dashboard is so user friendly that it is very easy to manage.Even we are able to understand the overall deductions.More over the integration with payment gateways helps us to pay the bills very easily. The end result is that it reduces all the manual errors and improves efficiency, which is the core take away from this.
The setup and configuration was a bit complex and the platform is expensive for the overall benefits that they are providing. Customer support responses can sometimes be delayed.
I dislike how hard it is to get a statement of account. The tab for that doesnt really work or line up.
What I dislike most about the product is the initial setup configuration which takes some time and is complex in nature.Even I have faced delay in customer support occasionally. Removing all these points it can come up with a fabulous solution.
