“OneBill is great when its great and difficult when its not great”

OneBill is good but some things are not great at all. Like Certain credits (Account level adjustments) do not show up on the credit tab in OneBill - They also dont always show up on the invoices. They remain invisible this isnt good. Also we have an ongoing rounding issue where invoices are off by 1 penny in different places in OneBill.

I like how 80% of it is intuitive and works great. I like how everything is on the same page for the most part.

The first and foremost thing I like about the software is its dashboard from which we can view all our bills and have a better understanding on the overall deductions. Additionally, it can also integrate with some payment gateways which makes the product worth. Due all all these above features of the product we can reduce manual errors and improve efficiency which is must required thing for all the customers.

OneBill is a bit costly as compared to other related products.

I dislike how hard it is to get a statement of account. The tab for that doesnt really work or line up.

The setup and configuration was a bit complex and the platform is expensive for the overall benefits that they are providing. Customer support responses can sometimes be delayed.
