What I like most about Oneflow is how much time it saves me. The ability to create, send, and track contracts in one place-without jumping between platforms-makes my workflow so much better. It's like having an extra pair of hands during a busy week!
Easy to use
Organised Quick Efficient
I think the limited formatting options-sometimes I need more control over fonts, styles, and layout to match our branding or make documents feel more polished. It would be great to have more flexibility in how contracts look, especially for client-facing materials. Adding more design functionalities would really take the platform to the next level.
Needs more customization, better way to sync fields, some of the naming schematics in the platform are weird like influencer. Need a feature where if one item on a template is updated, if can update many at the same time (cross sync), and when an individual is deactivated in the platform, it deletes them from templates and not signed agreements.
I don't like you can't personalise your home screen based on your company. The changes that the software makes is a universal change. For example they have changed the layout of folders which isn't ideal for us but we can't make amendments so it is better for us.
