The Demand Management Table Component sets this product apart. Many teams need an Excel like function to capture and manage data. With Tables we are able to capture the needed data. Advanced Search capabilities along with ability to do bulk updates of Search results. Many of our internal clients can easily find the information they need without the need to use Business Intelligence tools. Also, like the ease to integrate with other applications. Currently we have over 35 applications integrated with PPM for input and output of data.
The software is easy to use.
Continuous Improvement, small new release cycle Time management Project management
The UI for Resourcing and Staffing Profiles need to be refreshed. I expect this to happen over time as Micro Focus continues to invest in the product. The UI updates for Portfolio have been great. Tables now support filtering which is a great new enhancement. Our internal clients would also like ability to edit tables while filtered versus read only. With large amounts data in tables it can be hard to find the specific areas you need to edit. Portfolio could use a Demand Management tab so that information about the Portfolio could be managed.
It is not that flexible. I have difficulty at following responsibles.

It has potentials
PPM is a product that continually improves its capabilities and functionality in order to be close to the trends. The very short release cycles of the last years have improved our processes. The system is very stable. We are using PPM since 2015 and we have never encountered till today system unavailability. However, there are processes, such as Resource Management, that the user interface for data input has room for improvement, in terms of being more friendly for the data input.
