FarEye management has quick turn around timelines that fulfills the ask immediately rather then waiting for months. The tool enhancement is very impressive that works immediately upon any of the option that has been opted & provides generic routes for planning.

Elite Extra is powerful but complicated. The training was OK but we needed to see the different options for dispatching in action to know what would work best for us. We started off down the wrong road and had to U-turn our set-up.

Overall, integrating with Nash has been a great experience. We were impressed with the Nash team's ability to quickly understand our front end experience and adjust the integration accordingly. Their ability to help us determine the best approach when critical design decisions needed to be made was much appreciated. Nash's support allowed us to navigate away from decisions that would have impacted internal teams, greatly improving our speed to market. Their proactive approach in suggesting adaptations for seamless integration was extremely beneficial.

My overall experience with BlueRock TMS has been excellent. During the implementation phase, their support team helped us integrate the tools quickly into our existing software ecosystem. In the rare cases where outages occurred, these were handled swiftly and with the appropriate level of urgency.
