In addition to exceptional service, the OMC Product team put us in contact with existing local customers so we could discuss set up and workarounds for common challenges, establishing a broader support network. Strong product that met most of our requirements out of the box Integrates well with other applications

My comments relate to the Oracle Maintenance Cloud component of the Fusion, and are based on the exceptional level of service provided by the OMC Product team both during and after the implementation. The product itself met the vast majority (96%) of our requirements and collaborating with the product team has helped us achieve even more since go-live. It's a strong product, priced competitively, and very well supported.
