Performance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Across Market Features
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Likes & Dislikes
It's modern web interface is one of a class and consistent across modules.
This product does have several modules that are interconnected. Financials, procurement, human resources, grants management, and project management are all available out of the box. Each one of these modules is capable of sharing information with each other. Secondly, compliance with government regulations are built into the product. The financial module has built-in audit trails and financial controls and it aligns with public sector accounting rules. Automated compliance reporting and monitoring is also built-in. Finally, the fact that it is a cloud-based application gives employees the flexibility to access this application from anywhere. It runs in the Oracle government cloud infrastructure and incorporates a good deal of security, such as single-sign on, identity management, and role-based access controls.
a centralize solution for any type of forecasting, predictive planning, invoicing
There are very less options to change reports as per user requirements, each report needs to be prepared by IT team using some SQL query and the ultimate user has less control over it every time a need change as per the situation.
Oracle Fusion Cloud is expensive on several fronts: licensing, implementation, and consulting. Each module comes with its own price point, which can add up quickly, especially for a smaller organization. Any specialized customization of these modules will also incur an additional cost. Outside consultants are available, but since this is a specialized application that requires a specific skill-set, consulting can also prove to be expensive. Secondly, the application does not perform well. Computational tasks can take quite a long time to complete. Often, the application appears to hang up in a web browser. Performance issues are not isolated to the corporate network. Users working remotely have experience similar slowness and the application hanging. Finally, the new system was difficult to use. The user interface is not very intuitive. The help menus are not very helpful at all. A significant amount of training was required for all employees before everyone felt comfortable using the application at a basic level.
the expensive cost still in our concern and the complexity of the cuztomization and integration

Licensing Expenses and System Slowness Highlighted in Oracle Fusion Cloud Experience
When it came to this application, Oracle over-promised and under-delivered. Granted, when this application was initially purchased, the product had not been on the market very long. However, Oracle gave demos of certain features that were not available in the initial production release for my organization. Implementation of these missing modules and features took a significant amount of time. - Finance Manager10B+ USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
