What I like most about Oracle NetSuite ERP is that I can access my NetSuite from anywhere even if I am not at my desk. I can work while traveling which is a great thing. Also, I really love that it has everything I need from financial management to customer management and I can see real time data across all departments which helps me to make decisions way quicker.

What I dislike or hate the most is that the customer support is a bit slow, whenever I get into any issue it takes a lot of time to resolve my issue also I have some concern regarding report I can't get the exact data of my need.
