Setting up OFS can be a bit challenging if you don't have prior experience. The flexibility is good but requires very deep technical knowledge or external consultants. The same with integrating with other Oracle products and third-party platforms it can be really difficult. The mobile app works well but the offline option has a bit of problems, is slow and limited functionalities.

It is not the most user friendly. Some of the language and verbiage used should have little * or 'i' (information) type options that offer explanations and/or definitions for the key fields... Just like this survey offers for nearly every section!

As such there are no big issues but sometimes when the data is heavy system does feel a bit lagging but on overall basis; it is capable of handling large volume.
