I have a good opinion of this service, as someone who is just starting his own store i need all the help I can to manage the human resources aspect, Page up allowed me to get the best person for the job and not only that but it allows me to track their progress to reach certain goals, is really nice to make the training and evaluation process faster than ever, or just move quick to find a suitable employee.

It's a small company and limited bandwidth does show. They have a one-size-fits-all implementation process that they are comfortable with and that one-size doesn't necessarily fit all. Integrations with ERP systems are rather poor.

    The product has very limited functionality and was not able to satisfy our company requirements for talent management. We had used the product for around 9 months but due to product limitations we had to move to diffent product.

the potential for development in the training side.

Like

SaaS based delivery. Applicant experience is very good however it's applicant (and administrator) pages are not very accessible (from and accessibility technology point-of-view). This has been an on-going challenge with us.

Great customer-centric approach, very intuitive, the platform seems to be constantly improving.

Dislike

the marketing aspect is not that great.

Limited configuration flexibility. Poor integration options.

It could be a little complex which could make it daunting to use at first. The application does seem to run a bit slow sometimes which can be a nuisance.
