Good integration with the organization system
We appreciate that the platform is easy to use, has great customer support and integration features. To start, from an administrative perspective the platform is very user-friendly. The platform's dashboard is labelled very accurately for ease of navigation. If there are no changes from month to month in payroll, the approval time is less than 5 minutes. Additionally, customer support has always been quick to respond if you have any labor law questions. Lastly, the platform allows you to integrate Bamboo time off to optimize the time spent entering in PTO. This integration would be really useful if you have a large number of staff on payroll.
Pricing for smaller teams can be expensive Initial set-up isn't easy Customizing reports can be difficult
servers don't response sometimes
There is only one weakness that comes to mind. One weakness is the integration with Bamboo. We have set up an integration to have time off in Bamboo captured in Papaya and unfortunately, it is not always accurate. For instance, if time off was entered in Bamboo past the cut off date in Papaya it will not sync. The integration does save time; however, a double check is always needed to ensure accuracy.
