Support is provided promptly and is good. A direct contact person is available for major change/updates. Customer requests are taken into account. There is an annual roadshow nearby and an annual Open House at the headquarters in Vienna, where new products are presented. There, you have direct contact with the manufacturer and can exchange ideas with other companies. In addition, they support a (German) user group that meets annually and discusses current topics from the companies that use the software. The system runs stably in production.
Technical Support
The document management aspect is my favorite. It's so helpful to have things placed where they belong or find them easily without a ton of time and effort. The Omni Channel is also pretty amazing. Everything i synced well, from print to social media to email. They also have great customer service, anything you need help with, they'll have you going in no time.
As part of the transition from the WebClient, numerous components were successfully integrated. However, some components and use cases could not be fully implemented at the beginning before they were put into operation with us. Feedback from practical use helped ISIS Papyrus to make targeted adjustments and continuously improve the software. Although this led to a somewhat delayed product launch and several patched versions were required to provide a final production-ready solution, both sides benefited in the long term from a more stable application that was even better tailored to the requirements.
Lack of verticality, the solution is not ready-to-deliver, it is needed to build it block by block (at least for a digital mailroom solution).
There were some initial performance issues at the beginning, nothing crazy, just getting things synced well across all. However, customer service was able to help and get things rolling better. Like any product, they can start off a bit buggy. The only other thing i really found negative is that to really get the help you need is to call, if you're someone who likes to do things themselves and try to go through help pages, they're not super helpful. Customer service is, but the help pages, not so much.
