The Payroll tool is comprehensive in the capability to manage the employee payroll data, Tax & Reimbursements, and Compensation-related data & Leaves data under 1 roof. I found it pretty fast & smooth in its ability to give a good user experience in using the tool to assimilate all the data & refer as required seamlessly. So our company has zeroed in on this tool and has been using it for quite some years and hopefully continue doing so.

They present and sell really well then then once you are engaged and paid for licenses, their support dwindles down. Very frustrating.

Its ability to host Employee Personal information as well as Induction and various payroll data, including compensation & taxes & leaves, which is a single-stop system to view and receive all the information, which is a time-saver

Some features are flexible.

I like the new and enhanced features that Ramco is implementing to make the system more abreast with the emerging technology

- Some platforms or browsers may not work effectively, like we used only in Edge, not Chrome - Cannot use it on mobile or other devices - User interface for Admin users can be worked out more, as the downsides of the data sometimes trickle down to user or employee level.

Support is one of the worst. Timelines never get followed, Issues are not fully resolved, they return. Too flexible that it becomes too hard to configure at times. Auto-manual.

Ramco provides a lot of functionalities including chatbot. Our product experience was average as many consultants kept changing during implementation & it took quite some time to stabilize the system. Ramco should provide more functionalities which can be easy to use & add value to their customers. UX UI needs some attention as it is not so neat & user friendly.

RAMCO System has worked very well for the company in terms of simplifying HR processes and is readily accessible via mobile applications. The obstacle faced so far is trying to enforce the new system on an organization with embedded culture and mindset which have been their practice the previous years.
