Read Full ReviewFrom Product perspective I have like their Super App (i.e., Mobile App) through this app employees are able to mark attendance, Leave, expenses and many other thing hassle free. This help us in the good Adoption of the SAAS product. For Remote location where Internet WIFI or LAN is not feasible in those area Mobile App help us a lot. For Service perspective the resolution time period is very less which help us to adopt the product easily. There team response it very well with effective communication also help us in understanding the concerns nicely so that we get clarity on the raised concern.

While Peoplestrong is strong and offers a robust and comprehensive HR platform, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. 1. Reporting and analytics module, although functional, can sometimes feel limited in terms of customization and visualization options. More flexibility in building custom reports and dashboards would greatly enhance usability for data-driven teams. 2. Some features are nested too deeply or labeled in ways that aren't immediately clear to new users, which can lead to confusion or require additional training. 3. Integration with third party tools, especially niche or industry specific platforms can be a bit challenging and may require additional support or customization.
