Overall, Paycom is a very functional all encompassing product. Everything we need from applicant tracking to payroll. Customer support is by far the best part of Paycom. We have a dedicated rep ready to answer any questions via email. Another individual that comes regularly for best practices to make sure we are using the system efficiently.

The best part of Paycom is the customer service. A very close second is Beti. Beti makes submitting payroll a breeze. I'm also a big fan of the new AI feature iWant. This has help my employees get questions on their own before coming to me in HR.

With the correct team, your payroll needs will be met.

All modules are easy to use. Their knowledge base is leaps and bounds above other payroll companies and their customer service team is always pleasant to talk to. I never feel like just another client with them. I feel like I'm their only client.

Dislike

Paycom's learning management has been the hardest for me to deploy and use effeciently with my employees. While it has been a struggle for me to understand and use effectively, luckily our rep is coming out to do a best practice and help improve my experience. Finding the right dashboard to track progress is not always easy. While it has been a struggle for me to understand and use effectively, our rep is coming out to do a best practice and help improve my experience. I always gain a lot of knowledge from these best practice meetings! Next, this is not a dislike, but more of a wish. In paycom reports, I wish I was able to preview the report as you are customizing. When building or choosing options for a report it only uses a third of the screen. Being able to view while customizing would allow for right report pulled the first time. Last, I wish they had a texting platform for employees. This has been in the works for a year or so now. I hope this is available soon.

Dislike

You cannot make your own changes in the system. For example, new deduction codes, new vacation plans, and earning codesyou have to call them to make the change.

Dislike

Turning off a feature that accidentally was deployed is not a possibility. Example: Position Management was turned on in one of our client codes. This is not a feature that we need in this client code and Paycom can't/won't turn it off. We are left creating workarounds to do what needs to be done.

    Monthly Enhancements and Training Webinars Provide Clear Product Feature Updates

    Customer service is always helpful and pleasant to talk to. Paycom does monthly enhancements and then performs training webinars for the product users to explain the enhancements and new features. Their education platform is robust, well thought out and easy to use.

    Time and Attendance Tracking Made Easy With Paycom

    Using Paycom for clock-in and leave management is straightforward. It supports self-service where teams can track leave days and it is mobile accessible. In addition, ability to track time ensures proper remuneration on hours spend on projects. Also, ease of attendance tracking has greatly reduced absenteeism.
