The system is robust but can be clunky. Customer service is hit or miss if they can help solve your issue. They do improve the system and have good communication on the different functions of the system.

    Monthly Enhancements and Training Webinars Provide Clear Product Feature Updates

    Customer service is always helpful and pleasant to talk to. Paycom does monthly enhancements and then performs training webinars for the product users to explain the enhancements and new features. Their education platform is robust, well thought out and easy to use.

Like

In our fast-paced environment, this platform has been eye-opening. It is an all-in-one platform that streamlines payroll, onboarding, time tracking, benefits administration and compliance. These are all things we use on a daily basis at our company that have been huge for us because of the customization and how advanced the system is in each area

Like

1. Highly customizable 2. Easy to allow different admin access to different levels 3. Robust reporting function

Like

All modules are easy to use. Their knowledge base is leaps and bounds above other payroll companies and their customer service team is always pleasant to talk to. I never feel like just another client with them. I feel like I'm their only client.

Dislike

Paycom can seem a little complex and a little over whelming but once all the features are shown to you it's truly incredible what the system can do. In addition, a lot of time for set up and training is necessary because of the complexity of the system.

Dislike

1. Admins that are managers have 3 different Paycom accounts and log ins 2. It is hard to integrate with other systems 3. Not super user friendly and can be hard to navigate

Dislike

Turning off a feature that accidentally was deployed is not a possibility. Example: Position Management was turned on in one of our client codes. This is not a feature that we need in this client code and Paycom can't/won't turn it off. We are left creating workarounds to do what needs to be done.
