In addition to the product, I appreciate the platform's end-to-end HR automation, which streamlines processes across the employee lifecycle. The AI-powered chatbot i.e., Jinie further enhances accessibility and engagement, especially for a distributed workforce.

What I most like about peoplestrong's product/service is its comprehensive and user friendly HR tech platform specially Recruit, WFM, Performance management, which helps in data driven decision making. Overall, it has improved our HR operations significantly
