We are using Regula's DocumentReader SDK as a component of our eKYC process to extract relevant data from ID cards and Passports. Additionally we also use the same SDK for catching spoofed documents. Regula's DocumentReader SDK has worked very well in identifying issues with with any identity document and passport without requiring extensive time spent on scanning the document. It helped us in improving our conversion rates and reducing False Acceptance Rates. Our engineering team was able to quickly integrate the SDK and customize it to adapt to our customer journey. Moreover their team gave us a very attractive price and took additional steps to arrange discussions with our engineering team and their support teams and engineering team to facilitate in the implementation as per our requirements.
