I really like how easy it is to setup and use. It includes ready-to-use templates which helps give the user an overview of the tools capabilities and helps users in building processes for project tracking or approvals. I found the Kanban boards really useful as they helped me see the project progress at a glance.

Customization. There are a lot of things that You can configure.

- No-code workflow builder: drag and drop pipeline let our non-tech teams design processes - Flexible forms and intake: let us capture consistent data up front - Integrations and API: native connectors (Slack, Google workspace, etc.) and a decent API to automate handoffs with our CRM - Enterprise controls: SSO, role-based permissions, audit logs, etc.

One of the things I did not like is that many of the more advanced options were limited to higher priced tiers, which did restrict how much of the tool's capabilities I was able to use. Customising automations can sometimes be very long and tedious.

The free support is not quickly as You need. Sometimes You need 3 or 4 days to have an answer about a problem.

- Scaling governance needed: without strict naming conventions and field standards, projects multiplied and became inconsistent. - Reporting can be basic: built-in analytics are useful but limited - UI quirks and performances: large pipelines with many cards can feel a bit sluggish, and UI can feel cluttered compared to other tools - mobile experience limited to basics
