I really like how easy it is to setup and use. It includes ready-to-use templates which helps give the user an overview of the tools capabilities and helps users in building processes for project tracking or approvals. I found the Kanban boards really useful as they helped me see the project progress at a glance.
Customization. There are a lot of things that You can configure.
The ability to adapt processes from various business areas into a single tool facilities interaction between processes and departments.
One of the things I did not like is that many of the more advanced options were limited to higher priced tiers, which did restrict how much of the tool's capabilities I was able to use. Customising automations can sometimes be very long and tedious.
The free support is not quickly as You need. Sometimes You need 3 or 4 days to have an answer about a problem.
The support team has a high turnover rate, causing interactions between supplier and customer teams to lose historical records. With each change, it is necessary to return to the initial point of understanding the process and objetive of the automation.
