Tracking activities is user friendly, and easy to understand and use
Really easy to use and with a great reporting part
The integration capabilities of Pipeline CRM is what i love the most. it can integrate with my email and marketing apps , making it easy to access info from one spot. The user interface is really good and it makes it easy for most people to use it. It also has to ability to create flexible workflows and specific customer attributes required for a specific team or org.
Features are more basic compared to other available options, so its less compatible for larger organizations. The CRM should consider AI integration as competitors have gone that route

The mobile user interface has its limitations when compared to the web app, not so seamless to use on the go. Some advanced features to handle complex sales processes is still missing even when it has a lot of features available. Importing data from large data sets or csv files becomes difficult as it slos down the machine or the process.
