This is highly customizable platform. Wind range of use. Suitable for all types of industries. mobile version is also available. User interface is very easy to understand. training is not more complex. Highly scalable. It is highly professional platform.
Clarizen is a best option for the non technical professionals as it doesn't need hard core coding knowledge. Also its easy to understand due to its simplified user friendly interface.
we can easily store the project task, resource allocation and time for each associates. Every member can easily monitor their task allocated to them on each day and inform the manger about the completion of their task without any mail communication .Project manger can easily monitor the project progress and associates contribution in every day. Without mail communication we can inform the customer about the project progress . we can arrange auto acknowledgement mail in calrizen , so that when we generate the project in clarizen , auto mail will send to the customer mail ID. Very easy to create report in clarizen, we can make customized template to create report for different teams. The permission to access different project we can restrict for each associates . clarizen can give reminder mail and notification to each task progress and out of date task.
Some times we need more research to do complex customization. other than that is highly professional no negative to say.
Clarizen is not a budget friendly tool, as license cost is only affordable for the bigger organizations
Company has to give special training to their associate about the usage and functionality of this software , then only people can use this software. its not an easy software to understand its usage and functionality. Each time we have spend little more time than excel sheet to generate project . If you have few associate and small company its not worthy. We required separate server and service supporting staff to mange this software . That will be an additional expenditure to the company. unlike in excel sheet data manipulation is restricted some extent in this software and not fully. comparison with previous year or previous month effort will be very easy. Data is stored in the server, so that we will get an assurance about the backup of the data. The software can handle any number of project at time .The software loading time is little bit more as it is running too slow, we have to wait couple of minutes to get it ready

Since 3 years we have been using clarizen for project resource utilization and project tracking. Before that we were using excel file to catch all details of project management. it was very time consuming and difficult to track . By using clarizen we can able to allocate task to each resources and inform them about the task and time allocated to particular project. Also we could inform the customer about the project tracking details like, time of completion and resource allocation and effort to each task in the project. The project manager can easily monitor their associates daily activity and utilization. we can track the priority task need to concentrate and time required . we also get report very easily and we can make customized template to generate report for particular time period.
