What I like most about the platform is how easy it is to use. The design of it is user friendly. The platform allows us to build templates to start project tracking faster, build reports how we want them to look which allows us to have agility in what gets reported, build dashboards that bring visibility and transparency to our work. Our business analysts are able to use the tool right along side our project and program managers. The platform allows us to see into our resource load to know if our workforce is being overwhelmed with project work along side their day to day duties. Having the ability to customize fields, layouts and views ourselves so that we are not relying on the vendor to do those things has given us the ability to make changes much faster.

The reporting is great. Any information that is logged in the system is easily accessible to pull into a report and supply to anyone looking for that information. We've also been able to add multiple configurations to make things easier and less time consuming for users.
Filtering for roadmaps has sometimes been a challenge to get the right things to show up correctly.
1. The latency is very slow when many users in the organization are using it at the same time. 2. When a particular use does not have access to the project plan, there should be a information banner instead of just landing on the landing page. 3. The cost is high for a smaller business.
High turnover of CSM's. Too many resources for updates, functionality enhancements, help. Not having a dedicated resource assigned to handle all configurations that cannot be done by the admin (without having to pay for such a service).

Since I've been working with this vendor, we've gone through 5 different CSM's and with the constant changes, it's hard to establish a good relationship with someone who knows your use case and how you use the product. The ticketing system is great for issues and we get pretty fast responses. My experience with professional services has dramatically improved over the last year having the same person handle any highly complicated configurations.
