It only took me 60 days to go through Smartsheet University to learn all aspects of this program, setup all the Product Development folders, dashboards and develop training architecture to roll out to the company. Smartsheet has fast initial adoption for users because it does resemble Excel. It is easy to import spreadsheets and start tracking work immediately. Teams were able to jump into their project plans, follow tasks, add rows, understand the Parent/Child row hirearchy and use the task tracking for easy process management.

Microsoft Planner has helped streamline the management and organization of tasks that my team and I are involved in.

Wrike is a capable project management tool and works well for basic project tracking and collaboration. However, as proect compleity increases, the platform becomes harder to manage, especially in areas such as reporting, dashboards, automation, and administrative control. While the core functionality is stable, the product requires improvements in customizatoin and usability for advanced project management needs.

Zoho Projects offers some solid features and good value, but the learning curve was rather challenging.

On the whole, Monday.com is a good platform to help organise and structure your project management.

The solution is insufficient on the functionalities of the gantt, the production of mass output data and suffers from delays. The selection limit of 200 projects is too low.

Clarity PPM was the PPM solution of our choice. Given the hyper growth mode that we were on and with mixed delivery methodologies, we needed a product that suited our Waterfall, Agile and other needs. We finally landed on Clarity PPM and got a Broadcom approved implementation partner to do the implementation. The experience has been really good so far.
