I like the collaboration features. We can share files, comment directly on tasks and communicate within projects, which reduces email and slack clutter and keeps conversations tied to the work itself. I also like being able to view the everything tab, being able to view all the tasks for our team as a whole. A particularly helpful feature is the ability for team members to block out chunks of time when they are unavailable in the planning tab. This makes planning more realistic because project managers can clearly see team capacity and avoid assigning work when someone is out of office or already booked with meetings.

One challenge we have experienced is with recurring projects. In our experience, the recurring project feature does not always work as expected and can make routine workflows more complicated than necessary. Instead of simplifying repeatable work, it sometimes requires extra manual adjustments after a project is created.
No customer support in place to know how to use, ive had to explore the service myself so im using about 10% of the service. Sometimes, even as the project manager, I have to get an admin to do things
