Great functionality, their Project Place integration was a great value added and a great way to communicate with in and with vendor and customers the projects status. They integration with Power BI help us create awesome reports easy to use
Effective use of web approach for high level of Project Management and Collaboration.
The application is extraordinarily customizable, allowing us to support a variety of use cases from the same platform. The UI is extremely easy to use, allowing users to find & focus on their work priorities. The reporting & dashboarding capabilities are limitless. We're able to provide visibility into all levels of work throughout the organization and deliver actionable information to stakeholders on demand.
Their Earn Value functionality was weak, progress can only be calculate based on duration, the Gantt reporting was lacking, and the fact that you can not choose what to share on Project Place, you have to share the entire schedule or nothing Task can not be weighted using cost only duration They only track cost and do not have functionality for forecasting revenue, in our case we where suing PV for customer projects no internal projects
As complicacy arises with the Project Management at a lower breakdown level, it's not able to provide an effective way of showing those resultants.
The UI, while highly functional, could be more visually appealing - color goes a long way. If a user is not using the system routinely, or doesn't have a somewhat technical mindset, the application can be a little cumbersome/overwhelming. This can be alleviated with reports/dashboards, to a certain extent.
