Many issues recently with uptime. Customer service is outsourced. Limitations to printed documents but sounds like they've created a solution for UX. Update 6/25/25: Uptime is much improved, Customer service is outsourced BUT have had several recent cases where our cases were assigned to someone who took the time to understand the issue and dig into it.

Love the plex community, do not love the lack of communication from plex employees on the community, but that is improving. Customer service is outsourced which causes issues with time differences and language barriers, but we have had a recent successful case so hopefully that is also improving.
