Low pricing as compared to other existing providers like Twilio but service standard is good so as their support.
API integration, webhook response, and availability in EU region.
1) Dashboard UI and reporting are basic and not very intuitive. 2) Limited native video and advanced AI driven features. 3) Support response time can be slow for non-critical issues.
Slow resolution process, part by part solution instead of one shot. Sometimes call quality issue but support team is capable enough to handle such cases.
Overall it was okay but they didn't had few features like bi-directional stream which delayed integration
