First and most important is their user-friendly UI, easy to navigate. Second, Review Management, they sort and manage people's reviews. Lastly, communication, it is easier to communicate with customers through messages, email, and more, all in one place.
I like tha we were able to offer our customers a live chat feature on their sites, providing another layer of service. I think our customers that used podium had more lead opportunities.

The lack of support. We've had multiple contacts at podium but when we need something done on their end, it sometimes takes weeks to get confirmation that a fix is being worked on or feedback when something is completed so we can make sure everything looks good on our side of things.
