Podium makes it easy for our field technicians to generate customer reviews. The system as a whole has helped us improve our online reputation substantially across 250 franchise locations over the last 6 years. We've moved from a 3-start business to an average 4.5-star rating across the board.

I would say that communication status is key! Also-I am able to track all of my reviews and easily track the invites I have sent. Adding others to the platform is also a bonus.

It's a great tool to manage all our messaging from one place which has saved us time. We have watched our google reviews increase and our rank move higher since we started using Podium - by making it easier to use. We are impressed with the service so far. Knowing that we could respond to leads quickly is fantastic as we are less likely to lose out on potential leads.

Not a whole lot. I find the texting piece is a little bit less intuitive than the review solicitation tool, so I wish that was a bit easier to manage and implement. I do like that there is compliance factor in everything to ensure we are on the right side of communications and texting laws.

I dislike that they do not have an easier way to send multiple invites to each customer through one message.

By being powered by Ai is a great revolutionary step forward, we are still finding the need to double check information is correct which can slow things down. We are hoping as the Ai learns this will improve.
