What I value most is the way Power Automate turns complex, multi-step tasks into predictable, repeatable workflows. Its connectors make it easy to pull data from different systems, generate PDFs and prepare emails without manual intervention. This combination of flexibility and integration capability has been the biggest advantage for our use case.

The integration with other services is a real boon. The ability to leverage the Office 365 platform to our advantage. Whether it's integration with Sharepoint, Excel or our mail services it all contributes to a meaningful change in work flow.
The main limitations are some advanced actions still require workaround or custom expressions which can increase the setup time for more complex flows. Troubleshooting can also feel cumbersome when error messages lack detail. Performance can vary during peak periods, causing occasional delays in processing larger batches. While none of these issues stop the workflow, they do add extra effort.
The copilot integration could be much better as it is limited in supporting the understanding and implementation of requested actions and putting together proper sequences. When deploying or leveraging on mostly microsoft products one would think the creation of triggers, actions, conditions and outcomes in the logic would be near seamless as they should all play nicely but that isn't always the case.
The issues that I come across are based mainly around the level of licensing with Microsoft Office having such an effect on the integration with other platforms. When looking at the last number of years that I have used it, the UI changes have been good but take more time than I would like to admit to adapt to. Finally with the level of license that I have with the product and the users that I work with having to reauthenticate with 60 days of time elapsed is frustrating for the end user when they are trying to do something in the moment.
