Confusing Features and Inadequate Support Cloud System's Capabilities
To be honest, not many great things to say. It seems to be a very powerful system but the support articles are horrible and the support team isn't hugely supportive. The system does many automated entries on the back end and its extremely hard to pin point why Report functionality is lacking. Usability - Error notifications are not clear at all. Sometimes all it is as the wrong click path to complete an action but it doesn't tell you that.
