At times, we are not able to understand and/or get answers from support on how certain things work, like the formula behind a calculation, process, etc. Native integration with Avalara for tax calculations is not strong/configurable. There is no capability of end dating a master data in many places. Missing important data like created_by, updated_by, created_date, updated_date in each tables.
