My favourite part about this product is the easy interface for the process mapping and its ability to collaborate with team members in real time.

1) Customizable tools to link potential cost savings directly to processes and even task levels. 2) Tailored reporting 3) Ease of use 4) Linkage between processes and data collection 4) Data mining is powerful 4) Exceptional customer service

My first time using modeling software, so it was a learning curve, but nothing too difficult.

The dislike part is its advanced features are a bit complex to use initially, an onboarding resource like tutorial could be beneficial.

1) If I could change just one thing, it would be an update to the reporting set up by way of a checklist to select desired report features, rather than the current filters and query language which is not user friendly.
