My favourite part about this product is the easy interface for the process mapping and its ability to collaborate with team members in real time.
Secure storage facility and the ability to restrict access and full audit trail
1) If I could change just one thing, it would be an update to the reporting set up by way of a checklist to select desired report features, rather than the current filters and query language which is not user friendly.
The dislike part is its advanced features are a bit complex to use initially, an onboarding resource like tutorial could be beneficial.
Unable to produce reports on footfall/ clicks/who's accessed which documents

The reporting features are still a little lacking but hoping there's updates in the near future.
