The most valuable feature is the platform's ability to provide a 360-degree view of our processes. By integrating process mining to discover the as-is state with modeling and simulation to design the to-be state, we can make data-driven decisions with confidence. The platform's predictive analytics and risk management features are particularly strong, helping us to proactively mitigate issues before they impact operations.
My favourite part about this product is the easy interface for the process mapping and its ability to collaborate with team members in real time.

The platform is incredibly feature-rich, which is a great strength, but it can also present a steep learning curve for new users. While the support team is outstanding, more out-of-the-box templates for specific industries or use cases, especially for customer journey mapping, would help accelerate initial adoption and time-to-value for smaller teams.
The dislike part is its advanced features are a bit complex to use initially, an onboarding resource like tutorial could be beneficial.
1) If I could change just one thing, it would be an update to the reporting set up by way of a checklist to select desired report features, rather than the current filters and query language which is not user friendly.

The platform has enabled us to conduct in-depth analysis of our internal business processes, leading to valuable insights and opportunities for optimization. We are excited about leveraging the new AI feature, PIA, to help cut down our process modeling time and additional features as this matures down the line. The reporting features are still a little lacking but hoping there's updates in the near future.
