Overall, my experience with Odoo has been really positive. We primarily use it for CRM and Sales, and it has helped us stay more organized, track leads better and streamline our sales process.

From the initial fact-gathering sessions to the post implementation support, the Bio IT team has been great to work with and used their industry experience to help guide us with the proper features for our organization. The 1Platform4 software has moved our organization from a paper-based inventory management system to a completely paperless process. We have gained significant improvements in our efficiency as well.

The software team has been helpful and tentative to our needs with problems or tickets we have had to open with issues.

BatchMaster as an MRP tool with feature coverage and is especially beneficial for businesses with intricate material requisites. However, it shows that for a tool that is designed to help you bridge data gaps, it has the most difficult old user interface. This way it prevents my product from being absolute, however, it makes only a small contribution to the improvement of production processes.

Excellent onboarding and after support. Their team are very responsive and interpret questions and issues well regardless of your industry knowledge/expertise.
