Tactically, the product provides every day value and enables multiple commercial teams to provide a seamless customer experience, regardless of the multiple touchpoints from various groups. The product addresses the 5 year transformation we expect to happen within our industry. Outside of the product delivered, PWC provided a framework on how to leverage the technology. This included processes to map out strategies and the steps how to translate this into tactical actions. Also, a detailed change management plan to ensure this was adopted by all stakeholders.

We've tried to implement this in the past and we not successful. Wish this product would have come sooner.

There is nothing I disliked, they have less experience with our company than other consulting companies, and I was new to the company, so internal navigation was a bit difficult but it worked out.
