the team that was provided to execute our project was not the team that was stated to be our implementation team, and was unqualified to do the work. the project team we got were young and inexperienced and failed because they thought that working more would fix the fact that they fundamentally didn't know what to do. having a project lead break down and cry from stress and exhaustion is never going to produce a result.
overall, they were 2 months late, impacting other scheduled initiatives, causing business disruption and requiring us to go to the CEO and explain why major business initiatives were going to be delayed
