strong professionals on the team and great value of deliverbles
1. Outsourcing the SAP application management to a third-party vendor may become dependent on that vendor's capabilities and may find it challenging to switch providers due to complex contracts. 2. The quality of service can vary widely between AMS providers, particularly when it comes to their response times, depth of expertise and ability to resolve complex issues. 3. If you have highly customized SAP environments, there may be difficulties in ensuring that the AMS provider understand the specific nuances of the SAP setup.

Good quality of deliverables
Good experience: very skilled consultants, good methodology, great commitment. The activity scope was the Risk assessment of a complex SAP roll-out in US. The service has been very usefull in order to have an “external” evaluation of project risks. - VP Enterprise Systems1B-10B USDManufacturingReview Source
Transition to support was seamless and results and quality of support is very high
The overall experience has been better than even expected. The transition to PWC AMS began as we implemented our first release of SAP. The AMS team received their knowledge transfer from the PWC implementation team. One of the most positive things was that when there were issues or knowledge gaps, the PWC teams helped each other an ensured that the AMS team was prepared to support our company. There was no conflict as I've seen in other situations and a true team effort to ensure the team was ready to support. The AMS team Lead and the individuals on the team are very customer focused, they have integrated into the Cubic company well and all service levels have been met. As we've had subsequent releases the increase in staff has not exceeded plans and the level of support has remained consistently high. I'm kept well informed, have weekly meetings with the leader and some of the members of the team. The teamwork, collaboration and results based on agreed priorities has been very good. As team members have transitioned off, our company has not seen any negative effects. To date we view the decision to go with PWC for our AMS partner has been an extremely good decision. - Vice President, Enterprise Solutions1B-10B USDReal EstateReview Source
Consistent, reliable service delivered by a partner we truly see as a trusted advisor
Pros- 1) functionally and technically strong resources 2) support from all levels- escalations and turn around of critical incidents timely 3) have strong partnership with PwC consulting organization when our needs require this expertise as well Cons- 1) have seen some turnover resources; replacements were quick and any training expense was born by PwC 2) reporting package and trending of metrics and SLAs could be more detailed and consistent; part of this is due to limitations of our internal ticketing system (not implemented by PwC) 3) pricing could be more affordable, but you get what you pay for - Vice President & CIO1B-10B USDManufacturingReview Source
Industry depth, resourceful and cooperative - a challenging assignment delivered together
Our PwC partnership has enabled us to implement SAP/Workday/ADP in under 2 years. The team brought business acumen (industry and process) as well as a cooperative, helpful style. In our team, the integration of PwC and Cubic resources is seamless. They took the general contractor role, working against a fixed price contract and delivered our solution. When we ran into roadblock or gaps in knowledge, PwC was there with industry experts and practical help that we truly value. Together we owned delays and successes.
