Still in the initial buildout of our roadmap, both technical and product, we have been pleased with our decision to use FAST as our next generation policy administration system. Many of the benefits that we anticipated, we are beginning to realize and anticipate further realization. The FAST team has been a good partner help us build out our system and we look forward to continued growth and progress.

The focus in choosing ALIP was on increased speed to market for product development,. The product configuration provides flexibility for companies to handle most product development independently if desired, The product configuration flexibility also allows for faster changes to existing products for risk management and response to market environment changes.

The Ease of use is one word that comes to mind. You have the ability to customize the system as much or as little as you like.

My overall experience with OIPA has been positive as it offers robust capabilities for managing complex life insurance and annuity products with a high degree of flexibility and automation.

We chose the vendor and the VPAS platform to administer our Indexed Universal Life (IUL) product and provide BPO services. The system works very well. The vendor was flexible in the implementation which helped us with speed to market. Although there have been some minor issues, the vendor's management is always very attentive and extremely helpful in working to resolve issues as they arise.

Overall, DXC is a great vendor to work with. They are always open to supporting our business decisions and provide quick response to inquires. Our account staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always available to support us.

Good partners and easy to business with. Pleased with technology configurability but some areas where more mature product features and functionality are needed. Seem willing to partner to grow capabilities. Have been responsive in enabling short turnaround delivery.
