A great EOR service solution
Remote is a truly great company that offers EOR services. This is the platform where we hire the majority of our EORs. It's fast and easy to add a new hire, and we know that Remote will take care of the rest. Their support team is also exceptional, with pretty fast email responses as well as live chat. Something that we don't like is their very early cut off date for incentives, which sometimes causes issues for us internally when we're not able to add them on time since we don't have the numbers ready yet. We've also recently done a payroll service implementation (still not finished) and it hasn't been a great experience, which we've been used to getting with remote.
