Our overall experience with eFax has been good. It's reliable, easy to use and integrates with our email workflows, making it simple to send and receive faxes digitally without physical machines. It's helped streamline document sharing and reduce paper use though the web interface could use a face lift. Overall, it's an efficient solution for fax communication.

Overall a good product. I hope to leverage the AI tools as they get better. Good cost savings and simplified management for now. The Technical Support team is excellent and always responsive even with the timezone differences.
