I love how the product is integrated with Salesforce. Revenue.io also has vast automation capabilities - giving our representatives time back to focus on their customers!
There are very few things I dislike and what they are consist of really small, unique use cases that would be helpful, but are not critical. The main critical gaps they had in the past are actively being closed by their product team.
Crashes frequently.
It's hard to come up with reasons to dislike the Revenue.io team. Their product is still being developed to meet all the needs of our organization, however, the Revenue.io team is very customer-centric; they are always open to feedback and willing to adjust the product based on their customer's needs
