There are very few things I dislike and what they are consist of really small, unique use cases that would be helpful, but are not critical. The main critical gaps they had in the past are actively being closed by their product team.

Their product is still being developed to meet all the needs of our organization, however, the Revenue.io team is very customer-centric; they are always open to feedback and willing to adjust the product based on their customer's needs

    From the start, Revenue.io has been very hands on in our experience, even with the COO constantly checking in on our account. Revenue.io is always updating the platform, creating new products/features, and bug fixes. When working with our CSMs, they always ensure our feedback and suggestions are heard, documented and expedited if business critical. I feel like our feedback is making a direct impact on product development which is never something I have encountered with other vendors.

    I helped with the initial rollout and setup of Revenue.io and RingDNA with my team. My team uses the dialer, the queue, and call flows, the live dashboard, Conversation AI, and guided selling. The user experience is intuitive and easy to use. Guided Selling is fantastic to allow my team to concentrate on building connections and drive engagement with our PNC's. It also creates a streamlined experience across the entire team.
