Before, our process for pulling call recordings was painstaking and primitive. Now we have a full comprehensive package of data for each call including transcript, AI and Scorecard. There are many features that are outstanding but the call recordings having so many robust features is a huge win.
Guided selling is strong in Salesforce.
The ability to use scorecards and moments to influence our inside sales team behavior and their performance on calls
The only very small issues we're still dealing with are for the most part a result of the platform being more of a B2B space where we're a B2C company. One big thing that would be helpful and I believe we've asked for, is if we could sort the calls/scorecards by disposition so we're not inaccurately grading a call that did not result in a set appointment with a scorecard meant for that.
