It's easy to reach the support team and get the necessary guidance, but specific contacts at the company constantly seem to turn over and leave, resulting in the need to rebuild the relationship with a new subject matter expert all over again.

Having all of our employee attendance and time off/LOAs alongside payroll and benefits is a huge time saver. In addition to a user-friendly platform (for employees, managers, and admins), being able to pull any Rippling data point into a customized report gives our teams the best information.

It was hard to land a realistic understanding of the costs and get a viable quote since we were told everything was custom so the price really depending on small aspects of what we wanted to add or didnt want to add. Also, the frequent updates were good, but many times they rolled out so quickly they were prone to bugs and problems requiring rollback or odd work arounds. Also while support is great, our subject matter experts often seemed to get moved elsewhere or left the company resulting in larger initiatives always feeling like we were starting over.
